We put in a lot of effort in designing and testing our packaging.
In case it's delivered late in the evening: No worries, our packaging is designed to keep the food safe until 9 PM on the day of the delivery and to withstand weather conditions while waiting for you. Just remember to refrigerate it immediately when you receive the order. Also, we recommend to play safe and discard if you do not think something is good. If it's delayed by a day: Most of our shipping packages are designed to stay good for 48 hours. If your package is delayed by a day, please get in touch with us at support@tarobites.com and we will do our best to advise you of the transit time and if the food should be good.
