We encourage you continue cooking regularly every week. This helps you establish a loyal customer base as foodies get accustomed to your food each week.
However, we understand there might be some weeks when you're unable to cook due to travel, health issues or an emergency. We recommend you let your customers know by adding an out of office message through your chef console.
Access the 'Kitchen Settings' through the Profile menu on top right. At the bottom of 'Kitchen settings' tab, you will find the 'Out of Office Message' section. Switch it on and enter a message in the text field below. Remember to click on 'Save Changes' before you close the window.
