What is Taro Taste Guarantee?
A lot of chefs have told us, that they would be proud to “stand behind their food”. Taro Club chefs automatically get signed up for “Taro Taste Guarantee”. Essentially, for the first order of any Club Customer, if they do not like the food, they can ask for up to a $20 refund on their order. This achieves two purposes:
(a) Enables new Club customers to try your food for the first time without worrying if they will like it,
(b) If they can get a simple refund, it’s very likely they will not write negative reviews. We will actively moderate reviews to ensure customers do not take disadvantage of this service.
(c) This program will be initially experimental and we will refine this better based on feedback after the first few months
What does it mean to be a Taro Club Chef?
Being a Taro Club Chef means more business! Club customers can easily order from you considering they don't have to worry about minimums and are getting lower delivery fee. It's a win-win situation for you. Learn more about how the costs are adjusted in our comprehensive policy document. Get access to it on your chef console. Go to the profile menu at top right corner and click on 'Kitchen Settings'. In the sidebar menu on the left, you will find a section called 'Policies'. You can find all the details there.
