Managing orders are essential in making sure that your customers are satisfied and in avoiding errors leading to a loss. Taro chef console has been programmed to make managing orders simple for you.

STEP 1: Go to 'Orders' from your Dashboard's sidebar menu.

STEP 2: Click on the 'View' drop-down button. Choose what summary you would like to see.


Entire Summary: Shows all order details

Kitchen Summary:
 View how much you need to cook per item together with your customers' special requests.

Sales Summary: View sales break up by item and review each line item easily. Learn how much was the food sales, gratuity etc. through this summary.

Packaging Summary:
Gives complete information on number of orders for each item for each foodie. If there are any special requests, this will also help ensure you pack the right box for the right customer. Make sure you review the Taro Packaging Guidelines and ensure that you follow them for pick up by drivers.

Delivery/Pick up Summary: Do a final check to make sure all orders are complete and special requests (if any) are met before the drivers/customers pick up all bags from you.

There's more that you can do with these summaries:

  • Click on ‘Print’ to print the summary currently in view.
  • Click on 'Save as Excel' to download the current summary in Excel format.
  •  Click on ‘Invoices’ to view, save and print the invoices for the selected menu’s orders.
  • Click on ‘Print Labels’ to print all labels for the orders associated with the currently visible menu.
