We do not have a mechanism to request a specific delivery time at this time. All the food is delivered in a refrigerated package, so we can leave it on the porch, with your front desk or reception as convenient if you are not around at the time of delivery. Our packaging is designed and tested to ensure that the food stays good 2 days from shipping.
