Taro delivers the food using reputed shipping carriers like FedEx/GSO/OnTrac/UPS. Once your order is processed, you can get a tracking number which gives you the exact status of the order.
The food is delivered in a refrigerated box, with insulation and ice packs, designed to keep the food fresh and safe for up to 2 days. The packages are delivered just like any other FedEx / Amazon package - either at your doorstep or in your mail-room/leasing office depending on your apartment's policies. Some carriers like FedEx give you the option to request a "Hold at Location" to hold the package at a Walgreens/FedEx Office as well.
The committed delivery time is 9pm on the day of delivery, but in reality, the vast majority of deliveries are completed before 5pm.
